WOYWW 376

Good morning all

Welcome to my edition of Whats on your Workdesk Wednesday.. if you want to know more about it, hop on over to Julias pad at The Stamping Ground to see what it's all about.

So, here is what you came to see.. my desk!

Not much to see in the way of WIP.. but I have been busy.. three layouts and two canvasses this week

First here is a LO based on this sketch on the Stuck?!sketches  Challenge blog

and here is my layout...using an ancient photo of my boys when they were little.. a LONG time ago.

and I created this layout for the Kraft+one challenge blog for this challenge

which I made this using my Counterfeit Kit made for the CKCB Blog

I used the Kaisercraft Mixed Media Stencil to create the lines around the photo that I got from Merly Impressions who I am now designing for.

Then I made two mini canvasses too.. here they are unfinished

and here they are finished

And last but not least... here is a LO I made using my, newly resurrected, Silhouette Cameo that I have finally learned how to use!!!! Lol (I've owned it 18 months and it has been gathering dust since then) Now I know how to use it.. there'll be no stopping me now!  LOL..

Well that's it for now... do stop by again soon!

Elaine xx

  1. Morning Elaine. Wow. You have been BUSY!!! You have achieved so much this week - well done you. The layouts are lovely memories for you to have and keep. I love those canvas pieces, too - never done anything like it in my life - but I am intrigued... Hope you don't mind me asking - but why did you change all the colours? Sorry - being nosy here!!
    Take care. God bless.

    1. I'm not sure really..probably because the size of roses and flowers I wanted were all in different colours so I painted and sprayed them to make them more cohesive. Lol

  4. Hi Elaine, lovely work. Particularly like the canvases. Aren't the Silhouettes wonderful? I've had mine ever since they were first launched, and it's still going strong. I've even used it to cut my own stencils from OHP film! And no more having the right sized sentiment die, either. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #8. xxx
